While we hope that you will love our products, Ke Dvina will gladly offer you a store credit for returned purchased only in the unlikely event that your swimwear arrives damaged. 
Ke Dvina won't exchange products and won't accept cancellation no exceptions!

All items must be returned in their original condition. For swimwear this includes sanitary labels being intact and tags still attached, not worn, washed or damaged, is free of any deodorant, self tanner or makeup marks. 
Item must be returned in original packaging. A photo must be taken and send to Ke Dvina at info@kedvina.com showing the item that you want to return and the damage. All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Ke Dvina reserves the right to refuse a return, assuming it doesn’t meet the requirements above. We urge trying swimwear over underwear. It is at Ke Dvina discretion to determine if the returned swimwear has been soiled. If a swimwear is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return.

All returned items must be received by Ke Dvina within 14 days of the date you received your package. All shipping cost for returned items are for your own cost. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item are delivered to us.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this return policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
